For thousands of years, China has sucked. But in recent centuries, through a series of convoluted, brutal policies, combined with unchecked population growth and environmental degradation, China has moved from the common ranks of sucking countries to perhaps the Most Sucking of All Time.

   This site does not wish to challenge China’s suckingness, merely to document and celebrate the Chinese Suckology. We wish to invite others to participate in sharing your impressions of how ChinaReallySucks.

   While China has really sucked forever, this website was only launched in late June 2009. So give us a break, check back and help us build the best online tribute to all the ways ChinaReallySucks.

  We’ve been online several months, and really appreciate all the stuff people have been sending in to share the suckingness of China. Thanks, thanks, thanks for the funny signs (Chinglish) and interesting observations, tidbits.

  Recently China Really Sucks launched a new section showcasing stupid shirts, you know, those stop-you-in-your tracks T-shirts spotted on the streets of every city in China where you look, look again, and think, waddafuk????

  On August 1, China Really Sucks launched a new section on fake goods, you know, Royban glasses, Cuchi bags, Idadas shoes, iPhonies. If you spot some funny fakes, snap a picture and send it to:
